Because Every Baby Deserves To Be Held

Get free, unlimited access to the NICU Baby Cuddler Program. Volunteers are trained to deliver consistent, developmentally appropriate comfort and care within hospital protocols. The program includes two specialized learning tracks, one for hospital teams, and one for volunteers, each tailored to meet the practical and operational needs of your facility.

For Hospitals

A practical, evidence-based system to help NICUs safely integrate and manage volunteer cuddlers. From recruitment and screening to scheduling and long-term retention, this track supports your team at every step, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and compassionate program.

For Volunteers

A heart-led training designed to prepare approved volunteers to offer comfort and care to newborns in the NICU. This track equips them to enter the unit with confidence, collaborate respectfully with medical staff, and use soothing techniques that support infant development, all while adhering to strict safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards.
"Volunteering as a baby cuddler has completely changed my life. I was nervous at first, but the training helped me feel confident and prepared. It’s not just about cuddling, it’s about being present for someone who really needs it. I’m so grateful to be part of something that truly makes a difference."
