    Cheryl Allmon is the Director of Volunteer Services and Programs at East Tennessee Children's Hospital, where she has dedicated her career to creating meaningful volunteer initiatives that support NICU babies, families, and hospital staff.

    Recognized as one of East Tennessee's Remarkable Women in 2021, Cheryl’s work goes beyond coordination—she fosters compassion and connection, ensuring that every volunteer program truly makes a difference.

    Her collaborations with organizations like Bella’s Blessings have helped provide essential support to the hospital, reinforcing her mission to enhance the patient and family experience in a profound and lasting way.
